Exchange Fee

the exchange went well but the Long are still too short and tight on my head

Well I like the product, clic magnetic reading glasses, but not sure I like the exchange fee. When I ordered the regular pair I had no ability to try them on first. Once I recieved them and tried them on, I wanted a larger size...wider to be specific. I pay for return shipping and extra for the larger size, not sure why I needed to pay for the privilege of getting larger size reading glasses.

I did not have to talk to any representative. I just went to the website, purchased the exchange fee of $4.95 and returned the glasses with a note that I purchased the wrong strength. I received the new glasses with the correct strength within the week. My husband loves these glasses.

I returned them to have the Rx lenses put in the Clear frames that have the fit I needed. Despite the fact that it was an error on my part, they did not hesitate to take take them back and refit the RX lense to the frame I needed to get the fit right.

I bought these for my wife so she wouldn't walk around with her glasses on her head, but she is a small woman and the adjustment did no allow her to scale them down to her size, and as a result they are constantly slipping.

Everything went very smooth when I had to exchange a lower magnification for a higher one. No problems and a quick turn around. My father just LOVES the glasses.

I ordered the wrong strength glasses. The process to return was easy but I didn't receive any return label so I had to send them back in my own package and pay postage. I did it all online maybe I should have called. They had my package in 1 day (ships from 25mi away from me) but I didn't get them back until 8 days later. I guess the discount USPS is always 4 days(a speed of 0.26mph).
