I am so annoyed with this company. After just having a phone conversation with a Tom in contact support about my prescription glasses that arrived yesterday, which are Entirely too large for my face and head. I was told that the Aviator Glasses only come in one size for me. I informed Tom, that No ONE told me this fact when I ordered my glasses which set me back $265.45. Tom explained the custom lens policy, which I was aware of being a Clic reader user for some years now, and when I asked him to inform his company that they need to tell customers when glasses only come in one size when ordering prescription lenses for certain frames. His answer, "well, I don't know why you were not told that about the Aviator frames, but he may have assumed that since you are a previous user of Clic glasses, you would know you size. STEAM came out of my ears. I let it go and told this Tom that I was done with Clic and will never buy from again or refer this company to anyone I know.

When i first ordered my 4 pairs of Clic Glasses, i mistakenly ordered +175 power. So i used the exchange order process to get the +150 powered glasses that i wanted. I waited countless WEEKS for my new glasses to arrive (even tho I had chosen express delivery) and when they did finally arrive, the order was WRONG with 4 sets of +125 glasses instead of the requested +150. I am so upset and don't know if I want to waste any more money with these idiots. I still cannot see anything after 5 weeks of waiting and may just turn to the competitor at this point.

Hey, I was dissatisfied with a pair of glasses and I wanted them returned and exchanged. I purchase the return postage exchange label and returned and requested a replacement which I received within 5 days. In fact the replacement was for a slightly more expensive item. i am impressed. Cordially
