Round Trip Exchange Fee

I had to return a pair of magnetic Readers by Clic. It was my mistake, but they took care of my issue. They took the 1st pair back and did send me the new pair. It was fast and done with GREAT Customer Service.

I have been using Clic glasses for about 15 years, with prescription lenses, I love their utility. I recently ordered a new "Executive" frame and discovered when I got it that it was too big, bigger than the standard frame. The site allowed me to return the frames and trimmed the lenses to fit the standard clic frames, charging me only for the postage. I thought that was great, exceeding my expectations. (But be aware of the size differences among styles).

Good turnaround time. I found that the glasses I ordered did not fit well so I went to a larger size. I really like them so far.

I originally purchased the Clic Magnetic glasses, black color, in a "long" size due to feedback I read online and measurements. But they were too long for my husband and kept sliding down his nose. So I purchased a round trip return for $7.95 and returned the "longs" and got a "regular". My husband really really likes these glasses! And the regular is a perfect fit for him! It is so handy for him to have these glasses around his neck and have the ability to put them on whenever he needs them. SO much better than always being without reading glasses when he needed them. We would highly recommend these glasses. Lenses are also very good and very clear he tells me. Win/win! And company was great to deal with regarding the return.

Maybe it was just my particular exchange for a different magnification power, but it was a 16 day event which seems more than just a little slow. As for the glasses themselves, they're pretty hard to beat!

First pair was tight and exchanged went well and the new product fits great.
